KARUKERA ONE LOVE FESTIVAL
Our aim was to represent a cultural aspect of each Caribbean island in a single venue: the Karukera One Love Festival.
We needed something different for a unique experience and total buy-in!
In addition to bringing together the greatest Caribbean artists, we decided to put the stage in the water and let everyone discover the different culinary specialties that the Caribbean is so rich in.
It was an immediate success.
Karukera One Love was established for the first time in 2017 and chose the island of Guadeloupe. Then year after year, the festival settles in various countries and islands around the world. For example the edition in Trinidad & Tobago in February 2020 with more than 20 artists and international djs as Machel Montano, Afro B, Kes The Band, Elephant Man etc. ...
We sounded out the French market by organizing an edition with the king of Soca music, Machel Montano, and many others... which resulted in a sold-out show with 6000 people in October 2019 at the Dock Pullman in Paris. We had reconstituted on the parking lot a beach with sand but this time, without water. Based on this success and the enthusiasm, we decided that the next destination of the Karibbean Rendez-Vous would be Paris, the city of love. On the 10th and 11th of SEPTEMBER 2022 we will meet again for the full-scale festival with the stage in the water at the BEACH of TORCY. We have planned a huge artistic line up SHENSEEA ASA BANTON STYLO G 1DABANTON RICARDO DRUE TRIPLE KAY HOODCELEBRITY PATRICE ROBERTS KRYS MOTTO FANNYG...more The best Caribbean artists were present in Paris for a crazy atmosphere (our greatest satisfaction).
Karibbean Rendez-Vous (Torcy Beach)
A growing record for the festival, which reached the 40,000 mark for the first time. Over 80 artists take to the stage on September 09 & 10, 2023 at the Plage de Torcy (Paris - Île-de-France region). Karukera One Love confirms its place as a major national festival, and becomes the biggest Caribbean festival in Europe. The festival's excellent attendance figures mean that we can look forward to the 7th edition, which will take place on March 30 & 31, 2024, on the Plage de Roseau in Capesterre Belle-Eau, Guadeloupe, and is expected to attract over 20,000 festival-goers.
BACK TO MOTHERLAND (Guadeloupe)
After a 5-year absence, we're back in Guadeloupe on March 30 & 31, 2024 for a party that's already shaping up to be a memorable one. We've lined up a breathtaking line-up of artists for you to discover as we go along. Afro-Caribbean artists will be on hand to share the vibe! #SHARETHELOVE
